Starting from 10 July 2025, the Immigration Office requires Business Manager (BM) visa holders to submit a document explaining the management activity during the current period of stay for the Application for Extension of Period of Stay (Visa Renewal).
There is not designated format, the document can be made as your discretion. In the document, you should explain what you have done as a business manager (or manager if you are holding BM visa as “Managing position”) and report your management activities during the current period of stay in detail.
