Regarding most cases of applications for work visa, a document called “給与所得の源泉徴収票等の法定調書合計表 / Records for Salary Payment and Withholding Tax” is required.
The Immigration Office used to require the document with reception stamp of the Tax Office. However, as of January 2025, they will not require the stamp any more since the Tax Office will stop putting the reception stamp any more from January 2025.
