Residence Card holders staying in Japan under particular visa status are obliged to submit Notifications regarding Contracting/Affiliated Organization to the relevant Immigration Office or the branch within 14 days after the day the change occurs in case they encounter the following situation;
- Change of the name of current contracting/affiliated organization
- Change of the address of current contracting/affiliated organization
- Extinction of current contracting/affiliated organization due to bankruptcy/insolvency, dissolution etc.
- Termination of contract with the organization (and you left the organization)
- Commencement of contract with the organization (and you joined the organization)
Types of notification form are different depending on the visa status and the situation you notify.
