Consultation Fee

Basic ad-hoc consultation; up to one hour 11,000 yen / 5,500 yen for each additional 30 min.

Assessment of HSP score for HSP visa status; 22,000 yen –

Assessment of HSP score for PERMANET RESIDENT; 33,000 yen –

• General advice on your first inquiry will be free of charge. Please contact us through Inquiry form.
• These consultation fee may be subject to a part of retainer fee in case you hire us for the case within specific period.
• Assessment for HSP score is to check whether you are able to get enough point and provide documents for the proof of each point. It is not to ensure approval of the application.

Basic Service Fees

Consumption tax is included.
Basic service fees listed here are for cases in general – it depends on your circumstances, background and visa sponsor etc. We propose an estimate (our fees and actual expenses) in advance after we check necessary information.

Basic service fees exclude actual expenses such as;

NOTES / REMARKS

• TERM of USE
• CONSUMPTION TAX
  Our fees schedule includes Consumption Tax.
• PRIOR ESTIMATE
  Consultation fee and other services fees may vary depending on each case. We will provide our quotation/estimate for your case in advance before starting the consultation.
• INITIAL PAYMENT for RETAINER FEE
  Basically, your case will be proceeded after we confirm the payment of retainer fee (all or part of the fee, depending on the case). The retainer fee is non-refundable.
• CANCELLATION or WITHDRAWAL
  In case of the cancellation or withdrawal of the case after commencement of the case, we shall charge the remainder of our fees and the actual expenses incurred already.
• ACTUAL EXPENSES
  Actual expenses for revenue stamps, certificates, postage and travel etc. shall be charged unless it is written specifically. Prior estimate shall be provided with expected amount of actual expenses.
• DAILY ALLOWANCE for TRAVEL
  In case of outside our service area, daily allowance should be charged in addition to actual travel expenses. We will propose our estimate in advance when it is necessary.
• ADDITIONAL FEES
  Additional fees not listed our prior estimate shall be charged by mutual consent when the case needs additional work and investigation or the situation has changed after the estimate.
• RECEIPT
  In case of the payment made by bank transfer, the receipt/statement issued by banking institution shall be the proof of your payment.
• INTRODUCTION of OTHER PROFESSIONALS
  We will introduce our counterparts or other professionals when the case is not our specialty.
• REVISION of FEE SCHEDULE
  Fee schedule may be revised without prior notice.
